Food parcels, help with small financial needs, hospital travel, homelessness, food, a warm drink or just fellowship and more..
Please take time to browse through the work we do at Mission Trinity.
Since December 2010 we have, every Friday evening, seen our doors open to strangers and friends as everybody shares in the fellowship of refreshments and are given support if needed. Sometimes people may only want a drink and a shelter from the weather, others may welcome something warm to eat.
Everyone who comes to Mission Trinity is made to feel welcome regardless of age, gender or nationality or his or her lifestyle, no one is turned away.
We have seen many people come and go and the evening can become very busy. Sometimes up to thirty people share a meal and refreshments. We have worked with people from birth to death and have seen the passing of some who had become dear friends to us here at Mission Trinity.
We also hand out Food Bags to those who require help. These can contain main food essentials to see someone through the week especially those who are struggling with benefits.
Sometimes a person may be in need of guidance and support in accessing services or help with application forms to complete. Each and every one is treated in strictest confidentiality.
All this could not have been done without the support of the community of Goole and local business’ here in Goole who have helped us in the past and continue to provide their much-needed support for which our service users and we are eternally grateful.
